Being equipped helps you to accomplish what you may have desired for years and years, only to be discoraged with what you see. This "Church Equipper's Conference" is an effort that the African American Ministries of the Batist General Convention of Texas has of trying to bring resources into communities and chruches that need it to further their ministry.
