Shiloh is an influential Baptist church that was first established more than 97 years ago. We are a leader in numerous ministry activities throughout El Paso. Our first pastor was Reverend George W. Gradington, who led our congregation from 1910 until 1921. Dr. Howard Humphrey served as pastor for more than 35 years. In December of 1998, Dr. Ponce L. Brown left the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Washington, DC, where he was serving as the Minister of Evangelism and Outreach, and accepted the call to become the pastor at Shiloh Baptist Church.
